Yes. If your roof is leaking at 2 AM in a storm, call us and we'll dispatch. Non-emergency calls also get answered any hour — we just book them for daylight.

What warranty do you offer?

Every job comes with a 10-year labour warranty on our workmanship — in writing. If it leaks because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer material warranties are on top of that.
Are estimates really free?

Yes. We come to your home, inspect the roof, take photos, and give you a fixed written quote. No fee, no pressure, no obligation.
How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential shingle roofs are stripped, installed and fully cleaned up in a single day. Larger or complex homes may run into a second day.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed, WSIB-covered and carrying liability insurance. We'll provide certificates on request before we start.

Do you handle basement waterproofing too?

Yes. We do interior weeping tile, exterior membrane, crack injection and window well drainage — so we can fix leaks whether they come from above or below.
Do you install Leafguard on existing gutters?

Yes. We can add pro-grade gutter guards over your existing eavestroughs, or install brand-new eavestroughs with Leafguard together.
Do you work with insurance claims?

Absolutely. We document storm and impact damage with photos and detailed reports and work directly with your adjuster.
