When you send our estimate form, call, text or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your property address and any details or photos you share about the job. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, book an inspection, prepare a quote, do the work and stand behind our warranty. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Form requests are stored in our customer management system (GoHighLevel) so we can follow up. Our website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy terms. We may share details with your insurance adjuster when you ask us to help with a claim, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records as long as needed for the work, the warranty period and our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.
