Interior or exterior waterproofing: which do I need?
It depends on where the water comes in. A single leaking crack can often be injected from inside. Water at the joint between the wall and the floor usually points to interior weeping tile. An exterior membrane stops water on the outside of the wall but means digging down to the footing.
Can a roof or eavestrough problem flood a basement?
Yes. Overflowing eavestroughs and short downspouts can dump water right beside the foundation. We check those too.
How much does basement waterproofing cost?
It depends on the method and how much wall needs work. You get a free written quote after the inspection.
What warranty do you offer?
Our workmanship comes with a 10-year labour warranty, in writing. If it leaks because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on materials come on top of that; on shingles they usually run 25 to 50 years, depending on the product line.
