Can you come out tonight for a leak?

Do you just patch it with tar?
No. We fix the cause, whether that is flashing, a vent boot, damaged shingles or rotted decking. Tar is only a short-term stop in an emergency.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
It depends on the age and condition of the whole roof, not just the leak. After the inspection we show you photos and explain whether a repair will hold or the roof is due for replacement.
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends on what we find. You get a free written quote after the inspection, before any work starts.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm and impact damage with photos and a written report and work with your adjuster.
What warranty do you offer?
Our workmanship comes with a 10-year labour warranty, in writing. If it leaks because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on materials come on top of that; on shingles they usually run 25 to 50 years, depending on the product line.
