How long does a shingle roof replacement take?
Most houses are stripped, re-roofed and cleaned up in a single day. Larger or more complex roofs can run into a second day, and rain can push the start date.
Do you shingle over the old roof?
No. Our replacements are full tear-offs. Taking the old layers off lets us check and repair the deck before the new roof goes on.
What shingles do you use?
Premium architectural asphalt shingles. We show you the colours and the manufacturer's warranty for the line you pick before you sign.
Will you protect my yard?
Yes. We haul away the old roofing and run a magnetic sweep for nails around the house before we leave.
What warranty do you offer?
Our workmanship comes with a 10-year labour warranty, in writing. If it leaks because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on materials come on top of that; on shingles they usually run 25 to 50 years, depending on the product line.
